I have visited this branch to exchange the National Bonds redemption but it took ages to perform a small task. First system was getting hanged then I was sent to another counter. There I was informed that they need verification from the head office which I don’t understand. I am living here since 2 decades with all valid documents then what took ages. He couldn’t explain about the verification. When I have valid Emirates ID then there shouldn’t be an issue. Please work on improved customer service
