Took Forex debit card - incurring unstated charges of 25 AED per month for non usage. Which debit card does that? Wasnt told at time of purchase. Also can use my balance on this card to send money abroad. Got stuck by choosing this product.

Racist staff. My friend could not exchange a small amount of AED because of the colour of her skin. She was asked questions that I have never been asked for such a small amount and I have exchanged many times with this company. Gaghu s Was the staff. He spoke in a very rude tone. Disgraceful. We went to the other Ansari and they smoothly exchanged the amount for her.
