Anne she is good serving to us.not only chosen customer to serve.shes very helpful and kind to others.nice customer service smile all the time.one time I go there and exchange my money they have one seniors people at back after one person to get changed and she tell to customer that if it's uk that if she serving that lady.and all people are amazed that what she do to that customer. Now I appreciate that she's nice.

I wanted to send $100 but ended up paying AED 465. $100 = AED 365. AED 100 in fees, almost a third of the amount I sent. I don't recommend this bank for any transactions at all. I downloaded the Paysend app, attached my salary card from Al Ansari and transferred the money, but it was not transferred. From Paysend's side, everything is fine. All my details and the details of the person I want to transfer money to are correct. I think these are problems on Al Ansari's side. The Al Ansari app is a whole other story. Make your services and app such that you don't have to read such messages.

The worst service ever they don’t know how to work yesterday I came they said our system is down today other problems they don’t care they cannot do anything especially guys. They’re absolutely unpolite disrespect
