It is located in tourist area therefore it is alive. It could be much better. They have only one counter working for currency exchange with queue because tourists want to change money. They have five other counters idling because they are for 'other operations' (guess what, not many JBR habitats want to send money to family in Sri Lanka or Pakistan). So they guys just do nothing. Rates are high Otherwise, they are okay
