Been customer for almost a decade. I received sms confirmation to collect the money. Upon visit the branch next day. I was told that we have not received the confirmation from our main office. Made me wait there and asked tons of silly questions I had to rush out cause I have break and got the confirmation on the call to come and collect it. But again made me wait more.. making the customer experience worst..
