I recently visited the Al Ansari Exchange branch at Dubai Mall, and I was extremely pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and very efficient in handling my transaction. I didn’t have to wait long, and they made the entire process seamless and hassle-free.

This review is for that branch that is close to the Dubai Metro entrance way. 7:51 pm I went to visit the branch asking for small notes change of 200 AED. Manager refused to service saying it's a priority for them to have these notes so that they can give it to other "customers." So I selected the unsatisfied emoji from the customer service tab and he said "Welcome." By the way this is the second time the staff in this branch refused to give the notes. When I came to Dubai Mall earlier in the evening asking for 500 AED change, I first went to the middle counter to the guy wearing specs. I could literally see his bundles of 10s and 50s. But he refused saying not possible to give. I didn't know an exchange house have the right to refuse service to customers. Great job! 🥹
