I had an exceptional experience at Al Ansari Exchange located near the food court in Dubai Mall. A special thanks to Mahmoud Mohammad Amer for his outstanding service. Mahmoud was incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient in handling my transaction. Mr. Ayham Al Refai who works there is unbelievable unprofessional and disrespectful towards minority while being one himself and to women in general. If you want to be disrespected definitely go to him, he is very great at that. Thank God, there are other places I can exchange my money to a better rate and have a pleasant experience with qualified friendly staff.

As a first-time visitor, I really appreciated how she took the time to explain the rates and options. Miss Caryl’s friendly and knowledgeable service made everything so much easier for me.
