Feedback about employee: Sherif Unfortunately, my experience with Sherif was very disappointing. He came across as rude and unprofessional. He seemed irritated while speaking and did not explain things clearly. It felt like he was not interested in helping, and at times, his tone made me feel belittled or unintelligent. This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially in a customer-facing role. I strongly believe that he should not be dealing directly with customers until he improves his communication and attitude.

Service? Absolutely fantastic, ask for Hitrish. Price? Honestly, they have something for everyone, but for those with fine tastes, don't waste your time with other stores. Come here directly. They are my go to for jewelry shopping.

This was the best store we visited in the Gold souk. A great selection of jewellery, unique designs. Bhavesh was so knowledgable and provided the best service. He gave very good advice and I could tell that he is there to help me instead of blindly making profits. The whole time I never felt rushed or pushed to make a sale. I went through the whole souk and never found such unique and elegant designs as at Al Anwar store. Prices are reasonable, service is wonderful. They arranged jewellery delivery as we were not able to come to the store on time. I even asked Bhavesh advice on my personal jewellery and he gave me a great advice. I appreciate his style of working, he is very intelligent man with a tremendous experience. I even ended up buying a second piece of jewellery from him. He was very patient and educated me on how to choose a proper jewel and how to distinguish between fake stone and a real one. Thank you Bhavesh! You will forever be my favourite jewellery guy!

They say they don’t charge making fee but actually they do charge it. I recently purchased few pieces from them as I was getting late for my flight I couldn’t check my bill that moment but when I reached at vat counter at airport I checked my bill there were 100+ dh charged on each piece as making.. I am feeling cheated seriously I won’t be suggesting it to anyone
