ONE STAR IS TOO MUCH FOR THIS BUSINESS SET UP COMPANY I am deeply disappointed with the experience my client and I had with this company. Despite our trust and significant financial commitment, we faced unresponsive communication, repeated delays, and misleading information. Our calls and concerns were often ignored, and additional, unexpected charges were demanded without proper justification. My client even had to travel to Dubai twice due to their lack of professionalism, paying for a service that was never properly delivered. As someone who has always proudly represented Dubai and the UAE as a haven of exceptional service, luxury, and genuine hospitality, this experience has been a stark contrast. My sincere advice is to avoid this company, as it does not reflect the high standards we expect in this incredible market.

Extremely Poor Service and Incompetence I am writing to express my frustration with Al Arabiya Business Setup regarding the renewal of my business license. I have been inquiring about this process for some time now and have received no assistance or resolution. After exhausting all options, I decided to cancel my business license instead. I have been continuously chasing both Malak and Ary to complete the cancellation process, but as of now, it remains unresolved. They don’t even answer my phone calls and the official number from Al Arabiya on Google is not working - can’t reach that company at all. With the expiration date of my license approaching on Monday, March 24, I am left feeling anxious and dissatisfied. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced. I strongly recommend that anyone looking to obtain a business license consider going directly through the free zones in the future to avoid such inconvenience. I hope this feedback helps others make a more informed decision.
