Payment issues , don't supply to this company , no body responds for payment after they take materials. Accounts people will keep juggling you to site people saying they are responsible for payment . If the owners and chairman are looking Google review they should make strict changes and improve asap before they loose credibility. Al ashram is one of the oldest construction company in Dubai . We have supplied goods to this company on very very low margin like hard cash price . They told us they will pay us in 90 days credit , but now it is more than 1 year 3 months we are chasing them , but in return they don't even answer properly on phone about our payments and keeping us juggling.

Dear Responder, I am a Falseceiling subcontractor who worked in Arada Project Sharjah. I have a retention which is due long time, they called me from headoffice last year and made a signed a discount on my retention, and told me I will be paid after signing it. I agreed and signed it, but now there is no response from anyone. I tried contacting site team and headoffice. Noone responds anymore, please advise me whom should I get it touch to resolve this matter.. it's been long time now.

Very Good Company. As a Sub Contractor we are working with this company. Their payment terms were so good and they are giving a plenty of opportunities for sub contractors

I called them for some professional questions for which I didn't get a satisfactory answer. Rest assured, I know it's a reputable contracting firm.
