Al Badaa Star Residence

Not recommended this hotel. The staff are very rude the black people receptionist shouldn't know how respect the customers they're acting like they are the owner.. and increasing the room rent payment. Please teach some manners of your staff. And they are doing inside job increasing rent.. take an action regarding this should investigate.

Less than a star, very bad services. The elevator is not working, and my room is already on the 4th floor, which makes it for me very difficult to use the stairs. You have to save water in your room because you might not know when you get up and discover that there is no water over there. The managers on this building are very smart. Their over intelligence will lead to pushing all of us leaving this building without any regrets. Now they sent to us that they are not responsible for giving their costumers a free weekly cleaning. I really would love to know who the smart one who makes this decision is, only to tell him you are a very respectful person who respects your clients. Your services are not worth the 3500 I pay for you monthly, I think I can find a far better place, at least a place which respects the people who live in. Not recommend, not recommend, not recommend. Thanks only for the good workers here, I don't know their names, but they are all good. However, the managers here are not

I won't recommend this place because of the bad customer service I didn't get his name because he make my temper high coz of his behavior don't come there because of their bad attitude of staff he don't know how to talk you think it's a 5 star hotel how to get an id and passport this happen last night Dec 9 around 9 pm change your staff otherwise all your customer will get angry coz of that guy so rude also

It is a beautiful, comfortable and quiet building. The service is good and the room prices are suitable for everyone. All the staff there are cooperative with customers at all times, especially the manager Hassan, a respectable person who is keen on the comfort of customers. I advise everyone to book without hesitation.
