This could be one of the worst courier and delivery companies ever, they dont commit to timings, they lie or provide incorrect information about picking up deliveries, and they delivered my package 3 days late. DO NOT USE THEM!

Terrible service — the worst delivery company . They ignore customers, don’t answer messages, lie about delivery times, and show up late at night ringing the bell despite clear signs not to. Completely unprofessional, rude, and careless. Avoid at all costs.

I saw all the other comments down about the company and its not true at all i have been dealing with them for a whole year, they are one of the most professional and helpful out of the deliveries companies. They have their own app to track ur orders and they update you once received and delivered.

If there was an option to give negative rating then its -5 or lower. Very bad service, if I had an option I will never opt for the courier co., too much delay in delivery and the delivery agent wants to deliver at his convenience (date and time) as if for delivery they are using train or flight which has a fixed time and fixed route. Again in future i would completely avoid this courier company for all or any of my business.

VERYYYY BAD SERVICE! doesnt even deserve a star. Dont use this company. Not a good experience from contacting them and scheduling driver to pick up. They will point you to different numbers and they dont respond and asnwer calls. They promised to come and pick up but didnt showed up. After the items have been picked up, they promised to deliver the next day morning. But did not delivered. Did not even bothered to update their customer and status. Not answering msgs and calls also.
