Absolutely horrific experience. Avoid at all costs. What was a 1 week job went into a 1.5 month disaster. They over sold items to me, under delivered, messily might I add and took items I bought without asking. They have zero respect for timelines and don’t take accountability for their mistakes. The first meeting involved 2 of their senior men who came to measure the mirrors I wanted to install in the bedroom. 1 week later their team came with the wrong sized mirrors. They took an additional 1.5 hours to take a second round of measurements for the 2 mirrors. They even asked me to write it down for them as they weren’t going to take down notes. 2 weeks later they came with the items but couldn’t complete the job due to a neighbor complaint. They then refused to answer my calls and eventually said they will not complete the job (I had already paid 50%) and wanted me to pay extra for their mistake in measurement by pinning the blame on me. I had to sleep outside of my room as it was an unfinished workshop. They eventually agreed to come 1 week later and did not bring all the cut outs. Again had to wait for another 1-2 weeks to finish the last bit. They sold me on the idea of installing lights behind the mirror (initially they installed white lights instead of warm light) and didn’t check if they could be installed prior!!! So I paid more and they don’t work as they had promised to get an electrician and didn’t. Lastly I had bought new wall plugs as they mentioned I could install double plugs instead of 1, after the fact they mentioned it can’t be done. Then took 2 wall plugs i bought without asking. It took 2 weeks of follow ups to get it back (they sent it without the box) and I can’t return it. Basically lost hundreds due to their lack of professionalism and transparency. Absolutely avoid.

Firstly tried to sell me a cheap product while I ordered UPVC and paid in full. then that was fixed but has broken wheels so won’t slide easy, and now won’t even answer calls. Worst after sale service
