Sarah is amazing! She is professional and makes you feel comfortable during the treatment. Have had my third session so far and have noticed a big improvement and less pain! I used to come here for laser removal for my tattoo, but the last appointment the doctor was different and seemed like they didn’t know what they’re doing along with the nurse. They went over my tattoo multiple times with different frequencies, obviously showing that they didn’t know what they’re doing. They forgot to bring the cooling air, half way through they realised and went to bring it. When I said I want to leave and not continue the appointment they were insisting I continue. The reception didn’t call anyone from management and nor did they do anything to even calm me down or make it up to me. I felt very neglected and will never come here again.
