Al Buhaira Insurance

Most difficult insurance company ever to deal with. Called over 100 times, no answer. Went to the office myself and they will not even assist me, or give me any information on my insurance. Will not provide me figured requested or my insurance policy premium. They are trying to dodge around all questions I am asking. Will not assist at all.

This insurance company does not know how reliable is the car work shop they are dealing with or assigning their clients to. I had an accident in March, gave the car and after 40 days they gave it back (it was simple broken front light), and after a while the part stop working completely and I gave it back to the work shop, and until now I did not get my car back. Very bad insurance company. I have group medical health insurance my employer not cancelled my insurance. I directly contact with them but company didn't positive response. And not cancelled my medical health insurance. I show them visa cancellation paper but he didn't cancel. I am very disappointed

It was very bad experience, unprofessional / careless staff, I were following them to renew my car insurance for more than 10 days and no one want to respond especially Roaa and Saji as they stopped responding the moment they knows I want to re-new the insurance as their intention to get only new customers and no one cares about the existing, differently will change the insurance company now, not advisable to deal with them

I’m extremely disappointed with this insurance company’s policies. First, they refuse to provide full insurance for Chinese cars, claiming it’s hard to find spare parts. My car is brand new, and there’s an official dealership here in Dubai, so this reasoning feels more like an excuse than a valid policy. If spare parts are an issue, they should adjust premiums, not outright deny coverage. Second, their pricing model for third-party insurance makes no sense. They charge based on the value of my car, even though third-party insurance only covers the other party’s vehicle or property. Why does the value of my car matter if they’re not covering it? This lack of logic and transparency is incredibly frustrating. I expected better service and fairer policies. Wouldn’t recommend this company if you own a Chinese car or value clarity in your insurance terms.
