Big no! They will try to scam you and scam you all over again . First they will start increasing the initial rental price every month and then later when you return the car in perfect condition they will just look for imaginary scratches which were already there before you rent. I had videos and photos from the time I rent and I proved to the guy who was trying hardly that the scratches were from before then he end up with one which was not visible on the video and claimed that this is damage ! Don’t use this rental agency it’s shit the card are also old and staff is unprofessional and unhelpful always hard to communicate ! Save yourself the headache Stay away from them! P.s. this is the big damage he claim I did it’s so invisible that I couldn’t find a video showing this even but still they charged me for this this kind of company should get legal punishment it’s a shame to be allowed to operate in Dubai !

Absolutely Terrible – Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the worst car rental experience I’ve ever had. The staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. The car I received was dirty, smelled awful, and was clearly not maintained properly – the check engine light came on 10 minutes after I left the lot! They also tried to charge me hidden fees that were never mentioned in the booking. When I questioned the extra charges, they became aggressive and dismissive. Returning the car was a nightmare – they falsely claimed damage that was already there when I picked it up and refused to listen to reason. This company is a total scam. Stay far away if you value your time, money, and sanity. I wouldn’t rent a bicycle from them, let alone a car.
