I'm a regular customer of this branch and I would like to express my thanks and appreciation to your team for their efforts and constant assistance to us in completing our transactions easily and I would like to thank Mr. Hassan for his excellent service.
The estimation send money was really slow, always late and can be 1 week just arrived to beneficiary. That's store is not recomended. I just want to avoid and safe other people to move another exchange store. Don't go there, their staff also not humble. Please, I'm still waiting my money to my bank account...
I have been an online customer of AlFardan-Western Union for 4 years and have been happy with the services. However, I have been facing issue in having money transferred to my home country, 2 times consecutively. Not only that I am still charged with the service fee (though service is BAD now), but, I wouldn’t get ANY UPDATE, if I myself didn’t call customer services on the transaction. Every time, I asked to understand what was the issue so I can avoid next time, no one can give an answer but to just say ‘it is pending refund, it is pending approval, yada yada….’ I’m not sure what went wrong with my transactions, but definitely frustrated and disappointed with the service lately.
