I purchased a brand new 0 km vehicle from this dealership, expecting peace of mind and reliable performance. The moment I drove out of the showroom, the dashboard lit up with multiple warning lights — engine and transmission errors right from the start! I couldn’t believe it — a brand new car with major issues before even making it home. This is completely unacceptable for a new vehicle purchase. When I contacted the dealership, I was met with unhelpful responses and no real sense of urgency to resolve the problem. I expected far better quality control and customer service from a dealership selling new vehicles. Very disappointed and extremely frustrated. I regret trusting this dealership with my hard-earned money.
Bought new with Raj the showroom and what a wonderful experience, he was honest knew his cars and everything about it. I went in to buy one model and ended up buying a V as the deal was too good to reject. Well done and thank you so much.
