I came with philips laser machine to check, they told me this item old we don’t have the same, i told them to tell where is the problem only, they told me the technician can’t do anything because it is old model, so if you can’t check so you are not professional and better to close and no need to purchase any philips items. The team there is not professional and they did not give you any respect because you came with old model. They don’t have time for you specially the Indian lady in service section. Also i went to see the new model to purchase from showroom then i ask the Indian man there he don’t know and he stay playing with his phone, and did not give you any attention. Better to avoid visit this place.

Staff are so helpful and very friendly. My mixer was fixed in less than 10 seconds. Staff in charge for fixing my mixer is so skillful. I'm so impressed and very happy. The ambiance of the place is excellent. It is very clean and all the staff are so welcoming especially the Filipinos.

Good service. I had to fix my vacuum in warranty. They fixed my issue and in 2 days it was ready for collection. Anu was polite and helpful.
