They are not working until 1:00 am just now I come it’s 12:29 and it’s close I have lost almost 1 hour of checking this exchange and it’s close! Change time that it’s open until 12:00!!!!! Not until 1:00 don’t waste people time!!!!!

Unfortunately they didn’t accept my 500 bill to exchange even though it was legit, they said it is old bill I dont want old bill. I went to another exchange and changed my 500 AED bill in less than a minute

they made mistake for double receipt. I did complaint about the money that has not received after 24h. i conviced the teller that i have not received any notification through sms. I asked politely to check the system according to ref no , bcs im sure something wrong in the system. He pretend like he check the system. He told me its good. But i know he didnt even took my ref no. Next day i called customer care. It was failed since yesterday. This lazy mf made me travel just to cover his lazy azz .!! Im pissed of the unhonest service.!! Fk
