As an HONEST REPLY to what you have claimed, I assure again that the service and the attitude of the owner was very bad! They promised that they will refund me my money as I was not satisfied with the service and my instructions were neglected! I assure that my cat was not completely dry when she came back I held her and felt it!! Im not lying about that! Also her paws were NOT PERFECTLY TRIMMED as you claimed please check the pictures and see who is lying about it! I do not accept you ignoring me on WhatsApp too! My cat was sick and had diarrhea and vomiting for 3 days post service!! In the video that you shared with me I replied to one video telling you that this is not acceptable the way the man holding her neck and you ignored my comment! They were not fully gentle with her I admit that my female cat is sensitive because we treat her very nicely and very protective over her and your way of dealing with her was not acceptable she was so so stressed when she came back! I really regret choosing you and already spread the word around my circle! You are not professional at all at least show some respect and reply to my calls and messages on WhatsApp
