Al Ittihad Al Dowali Insurance Services LLC

The customer service is so bad they treated me so bad and refused to help me and whenever i asked the employee to transfer the call to the manager he started yelling at me and treated me even worse than the employee its like they are a gangster and refused to give me his name when I insisted he said im dr.yaser and I told what is your full name he said its not your business and asked about my name i only wanted them to check my insurance because my car insurance with them and nearly gonna expire and didn’t receive any calls for renewal. I don’t recommend dealing with them I never had such bad and unprofessional experiences in my life.

I had good experience last year when office was in Al Nahda but this time I don’t recommend, they aren’t even answering my calls,

Pathetic services by the company staff specially Catherine and Hazel. I have been waiting for my refund of insurance had complaint many times though no action has been taken. Not recommended at all. Even do not want to give any star apparently unable to post review without giving one star. From my side 0 star for unprofessional services.

I had a very good experience with Al Ittihad. Ms.Jonalyn helped me to process car insurance,The process was very smooth and she was very helpful, Appreciate her for Good Customer Service and Quick response about documentation work, Acknowledgement Email Etc. Over all Recommending this to everyone in UAE.

I would like to thank Ms Jhona Chavez for being friendly and accomodating during the processing of my car insurance. She replies immediately to queries and extends her help for free. I would highly recommend her and this insurance.
