I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Al Jalila Children's Hospital, especially the incredible team at Ward 2 ❤️ My baby was born with an intestinal obstruction and needed urgent surgery at just five days old. It was one of the most challenging times of my life, but the care, professionalism, and compassion we received made all the difference. The entire medical team was not only attentive to my baby's medical needs but also incredibly considerate of my emotional well-being as a mother watching her newborn in pain. Their empathy and support are things I will never forget. I would especially like to thank Elizabeth, Annamma, Anusha, Jemma, Sheeba, Anuj, Liwawy, Jinusha, Lissy, Reena, Jessy, Suma, Marilou, Johncy , Mary Grace, Athira, Biji, Indira, Divya, April, Amal, Shincy, and Lincy — each of you showed us so much love, care, and professionalism. I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team at Surgical Ward 5 – Al Hilaileh Hospital. The nursing staff were exceptionally professional, kind, and attentive to every detail. They provided outstanding care and were always ready to assist with a smile, making the experience much more comfortable. The cleanliness and hygiene in the ward were also excellent, with great attention to maintaining a safe and spotless environment. This gave us peace of mind throughout the stay. Thank you to the hospital management for having such a dedicated and compassionate team. It was truly a positive experience, and I highly recommend this ward.”

As a place it’s amazing but the ER service equipment is bad I came to emergency room I asked for a bellow my kid on a flat bed with no bellow the nurse said asked anyone if they can get you we don’t have anymore seriously!!! So I took a sheet and fold it to make my kid comfortable more over my kid temperature is almost 40 instead of giving her and injection they give her profien which im already giving her she have to get an injection to make her relief faster

Very good hospital with excellent services- Highly experienced doctors and very cooperative nursing staff and the administrative team. They have the best health facilities in Dubai for children- Very well equipped with modern health facilities, nice, clean and spacious wards and patient rooms. Their moto is: “Children Come First” Al Jallia Children’s Hospital is distinguishing among others due to their extensive cooperation. My son has got the best treatment in-terms of diagnosing, medicines and services. Dubai Health online portal keeps all record of the patient and helps the parents to check the latest lab reports and medicines. Lastly, Al Jalila Foundation is playing a vital role in helping people and saving the lives of many deserving children. Working for this noble cause is commendable.

I would like to extend my deepest gratitude to the incredible staff of Ward 4. Your kindness, compassion and professionalism made a world of difference during my child's time at the hospital.
