I visited this dealership personally and also actually bought a car from here so can offer a very hands-on and factual review based on personal experience. I start with the positives: 1. The salespeople who work here are excellent. They are responsive, helpful, polite and respectful. 2. The car and paperwork were provided to my exporter in a smooth manner with no negative surprises. I give the employees credit for this again. 3. The car I bought was brand new which I believe is their speciality so the business is quite low risk in terms of getting a vehicle that is safe and performs predictably. Now you may wonder... Why have I given this place only 1 star? I move on to the single negative incident that left a huge impact on me. It was huge enough to have me walk out of the dealership feeling deeply insulted and very upset. The owner was the most disrespectful, rude and unreasonable person I met in this entire auto zone (and I met many). Let me elaborate so you get the full picture as a prospective customer. I went into Al Karama the first day and spoke to a salesman who was most helpful. Since it was my first day and I had many other dealerships to visit, I decided to test drive the cars I liked the following day. Note that I travelled from another country to Dubai just to buy a car and export it. Finally, I shortlisted a brand new RAV4 and told the salesman that I would come the following day to test drive it. He welcomed me and told me to speak to his colleague to organize the test drive since he would not be around. When I arrived the next day, I met this colleague who was just about to organize my test drive when the owner who was sitting close by intrudes on the conversation and says that I could not test drive the vehicle without making an offer first. In fact he insisted that I should not only make an offer but also already confirm my purchase before the test drive! This is exactly what he said and I am not exaggerating at all.
