This is not a formal review. On May 24, 2025, at 4:40 PM in the Safari Mall parking lot, the driver of the vehicle pictured in the attached image caused minor scratches to my car by inadvertently striking it while opening their door, while I was still seated inside my vehicle. More upsetting than the damage itself was the driver's subsequent arrogant and dismissive behaviour when I attempted to discuss the matter calmly. I submit this not merely as a complaint but also as a request for greater care and consideration. It is my hope that this communication will encourage more mindful and courteous behaviour in the future to prevent similar incidents and distress to others.
