The Al Khail Gate Community Center has sadly become a place of constant frustration rather than convenience. One of the biggest issues here is the attitude of the security team. They are consistently rude, unprofessional, and show no interest in helping residents or visitors. Instead of providing support or guidance, they often respond in a disrespectful and aggressive manner, which creates a very uncomfortable environment for everyone. Residents who approach them with basic questions or entry concerns are often ignored or given harsh replies. Their lack of cooperation is unacceptable for a place that is supposed to serve as a welcoming and supportive community hub. Rather than ensuring safety and smooth operations, the security team seems more focused on power trips and poor behavior. The management doesn’t seem to take any action despite repeated complaints from residents. This raises concerns about whether customer satisfaction or community welfare is even a priority at all. The overall experience at the community center is ruined by this constant lack of respect and accountability from the security team. Al Khail Gate Community Center could be a great facility, but unless serious changes are made—starting with training or replacing the current security staff it will continue to disappoint those who expect basic respect and service.

Good community ever we used to stay here in uae and i have completed 11 years now. Quiet and clean place. 24/7security services. Safety for families and Children’s. More play Areas for children as well. as of now Parking is the Issue for the tenants on Night.

The worst community in Dubai. Move in few months ago and it has being hell. No parking, Stolen bike within a month of moving in, Claim family building but it’s a full congestive community of Bedspaces and partition. I would never ever recommend family to move here.

I have been trying to rent a studio or any available apartment in Al Khail Gate Community for the past year, but despite multiple visits, I never received a response from the management. My salary is over AED 7,000, yet I was continuously ignored. After waiting for a whole year, I finally started searching for a shared accommodation. To my surprise, I received a call from a man who directed me to Building No. 1-11, Apartment 315. When I arrived, I found a partitioned space. I asked him if this was his apartment, and he confidently said, "I am the owner." Shocked, I pointed out that partitions are illegal, but he casually responded, "I have all the right connections in management and security, and they are aware of the partitions. I have a good relationship with them." What surprised me even more was that his salary is only AED 5,000—yet he managed to secure an apartment while I, earning more, was left struggling for a place to live with my family. He even admitted that he has been running this business for four years, renting out illegal partitions while genuine tenants are left waiting. How is this possible? This is extremely unfair and frustrating. I will be attaching pictures as proof.
