Al Khanjry Transport

Transportation Service was good but they don’t assign any seat numbers when you book tickets. Which means you don’t have any specific seats. Your seating will be always accordance with the arrival of your journey and who gets in first in the bus. If many ladies are there means men will go to last seats. For residents ticket cost is 100Aed and visitors 180 aed including exit fees. All the exit paper works and entry paper works are done by Al Khanjry. Seating is little congested but adjustable.

I am writing this note with great difficulty on the bus that was supposed to leave at 9 pm last night. They interrupted my journey by saying that I was a little late to arrive. They forcibly removed me from the bus and treated me very badly. I arrived there 25 minutes before my bus was supposed to leave and even then they treated me like this. The behavior of the staff is very bad.

The staff were friendly, and the journey itself was smooth. However, the buses are quite old and could use an upgrade. Unfortunately, we experienced a 1.5-hour delay at the Hatta border checkpoint due to passport issues with a family. Also they do not provide your luggage with a label, so anyone can actually claim your luggage or take it by mistake.

Such a best service friendly crew, super fast buses drivers , office staffs are super friendly. I’ll recommend to everyone to use this service and they’re well experienced in border crossings

I traveled Oman to Dubai and my bag has been exchanged with someone. Now the travel agency found the person but not returning my bag. I have important documents in it. Today is 5th day and I’m going to file a legal complaint against Al KHANJRY TRANSPORT.
