I recently had a highly disappointing experience with BuyLuggageOnline Dubai and feel compelled to warn others about this scam of a business. I purchased what I thought would be high-quality, premium luggage from their store, only to discover I had been grossly overcharged. The price I paid was exorbitantly high—more than double what I could have gotten the same or similar items for in the local market or even in the same mall. The so-called "eminent" luggage bags I received were nothing but old stock, many of which were clearly repaired and in poor condition. Despite their claims of offering top-tier products, the items were far from satisfactory and completely unworthy of the price tag. What makes matters worse is the lack of any after-sales support. When I tried to address the issue, the owner, Massod, was completely unhelpful and, quite frankly, dishonest. He made false promises and showed no interest in resolving the problem. His behavior made it clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for this company. BuyLuggageOnline Dubai is nothing short of a scam operation. They lure you in with false promises and high prices for subpar products, leaving you with no recourse once you realize you've been cheated. Avoid this company at all costs, and save yourself the headache and financial loss. Shop elsewhere for your luggage needs—this place is not worth the risk
