This inconsistency makes it challenging to play properly and can be frustrating for serious players. Additionally, the location of the facility is less than ideal. It is situated in an area that lacks proper roads, making access difficult. The surrounding area is perpetually dusty, which means that even if you bring your vehicle fully clean, it will get dusty almost immediately due to passing vehicles kicking up dirt. This constant dust not only affects vehicles but can also contribute to an uncomfortable and less hygienic environment for players. Overall, while the facility may serve its basic purpose, these issues significantly detract from the experience, especially for those who are serious about badminton and looking for a standard playing environment. Improvements in lighting, AC placement, and location maintenance are essential for enhancing the facility's quality.

Very disappointed with the customer service. The lady representative I spoke with was extremely aggressive, refused to talk or listen to any negotiation, and ended the call on my face. No professionalism, no courtesy, and absolutely no concern for customer satisfaction or feedback. If this is how they treat their clients, I would seriously reconsider doing business with them again.
