I’ve been living in Al Manal View since 2022. At the beginning, I dealt with Abdalla Ferra, who was very friendly and helpful. I truly appreciated the professionalism and smooth communication during that time. However, things have unfortunately changed. Communication has become extremely poor. Recently, my rent cheque was returned due to an irregular signature. I immediately transferred the rent amount to the provided bank account. After that: • I sent emails to 6 different email addresses (legal, support, info, Adnan, Ahmed, and the general contact). • I sent WhatsApp messages to all the numbers I had saved. • I called the office number at least 8 times with no answer. • Eventually, I found a mobile number of an accountant saved in my phone, and only then did I manage to speak to someone who helped. To my surprise, just 3 days later, I received a legal notice claiming I hadn’t paid rent—even though I had already sent all the screenshots and proof of payment. This made me feel very upset and disappointed, because I have always paid my rent on time without any delays. Even in situations like this, I act immediately and do what’s required. I strongly urge the management to improve communication with tenants. Emails should be read and responded to, phone calls should be answered, and WhatsApp messages shouldn’t be ignored. This level of service is not acceptable from a professional landlord or developer.

Worst services and worst management. The manager Adnan is very rude guy who doesn't know how to talk with tenants..in spite of our several reminders and email messages for maintenance, they are not bothered to reply back ..they increase the rent as per their mood without prior notice and when asked they say you can go to Dld and we have legal team for that ..they just give you mental stress and harassment... poor management, worst services and worst maintenance I have ever got in my life..not worthy even for one star.. will not recommend to anyone

One of the worst team and management, it was better and more organized 10 years ago. They are not friendly, never answer if you come to visit long time of waiting for nothing. I would not recommend to anyone . I rented with them 10 years only one time maintenance. I am wondering how they still open. They should change the team and management.

Disappointing Experience at Al Manal View I regret to say that my time living at Al Manal View has been far from pleasant. The building's gym is located directly above my apartment, and the noise from dropping heavy weights has become unbearable. The constant thudding and vibrations are so intense that my walls shake, making it impossible to relax or focus in my own home. I reached out to building management multiple times to address this issue, but unfortunately, no action has been taken to resolve the problem. It’s frustrating to see that they are unwilling or unable to take responsibility for such a disruptive situation. I would not recommend living here if you value peace and quiet in your home. The lack of responsiveness from management only adds to the disappointment.

Horrible communications with them. After I ended my contract it has been 2 months and they haven't refunded my security deposit. Countless emails sent from my side, multiple calls made, I keep getting promises from them that they will update me but nothing. They don't even reply to emails or update their Tennants properly
