⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Outstanding Experience at Dubai Al Manara RTA! I had an amazing experience at the Dubai Al Manara RTA Car & Driver Licensing center, located on the 1st floor. From the moment we arrived, Mr. Mohammed took care of us like family, making the entire process smooth and stress-free🤙🏻 Thanks to his exceptional service, we finished everything in a very short time!🙏🏻🧿 The new interior design of the building is incredibly sleek and neat; it truly feels like a happiness center😊😊😊 The modern, clean environment made the visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this center to anyone needing RTA services. A big thank you to the whole team for such a positive and efficient experience! Also paid parking zone made easier to access the building specially during ☀️🔥☀️🙂
Warda is a standout professional in public service. She went above and beyond to help my friend (a vulnerable, low-income resident of Dubai) to secure a replacement Emirates ID despite missing critical documents. Where others might have turned us away, Warda took the initiative to retrieve the needed data from internal systems via AMER, showing not only deep system knowledge but true human compassion. She was patient, warm, and incredibly respectful throughout the process, even as my friend was visibly distressed. Warda didn’t just do her job, she showed an incredible integrity, empathy, and professionalism. It’s clear she takes her role seriously and leads with her heart 💓 I tried to leave feedback on the internal tablet, but it wasn’t working that day. so I’m leaving this review here to make sure her outstanding work gets noticed. Warda, thank you for raising the bar and setting an example. You turned a stressful situation into a moment of dignity and care. We’re deeply grateful for the 1.5 hours you spent with us at Al Manara AMER (17 July 2025) You deserve this recognition. I left Al Manara Service Centre last week very disappointed. It was first time for me after being here 25 years to walk out without solving a matter. We came to make a POD parking card with Orginal disable card and passport and this service was denied despite the fact that we had original documents and disable person being present. My visitors came via AUH not Dubai and this was the reason for the POD card to be denied. The entry stamp was from Abu Dhabi Airport not Dubai. We were told to drive to Abu Dhabi to make POD card I try to explain that visitor came via Abu Dhabi as the tickets were cheap but they are leaving with me in Dubai apartment for their period of stay. I spoke to 3 employees and one of them said: “Why u came via Abu Dhabi?” Next time if you want POD in Dubai come Emirates to Dubai not Etihad Airways. To be honest they used Wizz Air as the flight was 350 aed only and this airlines do not fly to Dubai. Choice of the Airlines should not deprive them of the Parking Permit, especially in such a lovely, warm welcoming Dubai! My visitor was turn down and left without POD parking card. I was extremely disappointed. This Happiness Centre did not make us happy. They did not even try to upload the documents for approval. There should be a solution for POD who are flying via Abu Dhabi but staying with relatives in Dubai. I hope this will be solve as we suffer a lot with my relative being left without POD parking Card.
Since DM has a very efficient online system, need for customer visit is rare. Although 3 days of online processing is already a good turnaround time, the case was time-sensitive so I had to disturb with in-person visit, and was very impressed with the level of support and patience from the Dubai Municipality Team here! Big Thanks to Mr. Nasser and other colleagues who guided on resolution. As an expat with a minor matter, I left humbled by level of attention and professionalism. Of course, the centre is a very convenient and impressive facility, but it is the Team that really makes it a Customer Happiness Centre. Shukran Jazillan
Great Service! I had a wonderful experience at Al Manara Center near Onpassive Metro Station. Fatima Ma’am and the staff were incredibly helpful and supportive. The service was quick, and everyone was friendly. Highly recommend!
