Terrible service I calls once to inquire the product, but the man behind the counter replied by say people from my country are very poor can't afford the price of the product I was looking for. I don't think if we still having this type of customer service in UAE. htypetypwcustomeservice

Their problem the products are not ready in the warehouse. Try to finalize your deal with them inside the office. Do not ask them to ship your items, as the shipping company takes more time. Ship your items yourself
