Many thanks to Amina Al Ghaithi for her excellent cooperation with the client.
It's really frustrating to deal with untrained staff who provide the worst service , after getting a token, they take a minimum of 30 minutes to attend, even when they have no other customers to serve. I had to wait for 43 minutes (12:45-01:27)to clear my cheque without any other customer in line. I go through this every time.
Ver good branch with supporting staff
