Shipping my furniture from the UAE to Iran with this company was an absolute nightmare. At first, they promised delivery in 50-60 days(and said it might be a few days late) but it took a staggering 110 days !!!!!!!!!! and it was unbelievable for us. My belongings were stuck in storage for months with no logical explanation, and daily follow-ups were met with nothing but arguments… every week they said we will send it next week and next week they said another next week!!!! This unacceptable experience and it caused great stress and frustration and cost us a lot of money and time. I think companies with such poor service records should not be allowed to operate in the UAE. I would never recommend this company to anyone

What an awful, stressful and costly experience. Words are not enough to explain how awful this company is. I was sold a service by Vanessa to ship my motorcycle from the UAE to India. But two months after they received the motorcycle for shipment, two missed vessels, blatant lies and lack of communication to cover up their complete lack of knowledge of handling such cargo, I had no option but to travel back to the UAE from India to source an alternative company. They then delayed the return of documents and had the audacity to withhold part of the original shipping cost. And to top it off, I realised later they had even managed to damage the bike. Companies like this give the UAE a bad reputation and should not be allowed to operate.

It was my first experience with this company. Totally satisfied with their great service, coordination, accountability and responsiveness. Highly recommended to businessmen, trading companies and others who are struggling with embargos in Iran.
