I had an extremely disappointing experience at Munna Book Shop, and I feel compelled to share it. The staff here are not just unhelpful—they are downright rude and disrespectful. I went in looking for a couple of books and asked a simple question about availability. Instead of a polite response, I was met with irritated looks and dismissive replies. What shocked me the most was the way they spoke to customers. I witnessed the staff literally calling customers names and using offensive language when someone politely asked for help. no decency. This is not how any business should treat the people who are keeping it running. I will never be returning to this place, and I’d strongly advise others to think twice before stepping in. There are far better bookshops out there where you’ll be treated with kindness and respect—this is definitely not one of them.

Very cooperative staff. It's busy due to a lot of customers but still managed well. Recommended store for any grade school books.
The staff is too rude to deal with customers. We are not coming there to get free stuff. Be polite to improve your sales.
Extremely rude behavior, especially when you go to return books. There’s absolutely no regard for customer service. The experience was not professional at all.
