Hi very bad experience ,we are supposed to get delivery today (monday)& they delivered yesterday (sunday) around 3.20pm i got a missed call from the delivery boy & on returning the (same time) call 2 times there is no response & late in the evening around 8pm we got message from amazon that its delivered ,but we did'nt got the item & in the system its showing delivered to reception or someone in the frontdesk .when we asked the reception of the building they told they didnt recieve the item ,we found the item infront of the room later ,when we called today (monday)to the delivery center he is saying its not our mistake & you have to contact to the amazon ,i dont know is it the way they work.we paid the amount for what ????

1. The driver called me in the morning saying my address was wrong ,yet he is less than 5mins away from my location that I entered on the website. 2. He then confirmed to deliver by a specific time which was 6pm & he never did. I even sent him a location pin on WhatsApp. 3. When I text him he lies saying he is 30mins away then when I call him he rejects my calls or does not pick up. Its unacceptable if someone requests for a specific time they have a good reason why they want their package delivered at that time . This is the poorest service I have ever experienced with a delivery service.

Very poor and unprofessional. Delivery man calls to say he is down the building and does not show up almost an hour later. When called to ask why the delay, he hung up. Not recommdended!
