Worst customer service ( Delivery Team ).. I ordered the Elliptical Trainer in Safari Mall Sharjah. Al nasneen is the supplier of that particular sports equipment. Because of the rain Delivery was late. I agreed. After the rain water drained , they delayed the delivery.. I contacted the guy from Al Nasneen .. what he told me, you know? If you don't want the equipment, cancel the order in Safari Mall. I have a lot of customers , and our business will not affected our only this order like that .( I agree you have a lot of customers. What i tell you , In the market lots of good suppliers have ) I cancelled my order in Safari Mall .. Then I ordered in Noon , another supplier was delivered & installed...
Gr8 collection .can try there before buying it. Quality of item is good. Cost is reasonable. There is parking available outside.
