Al Nouras Waste Collection and Transporting

Honestly , one of the best companies in waste management field , delays tend to happen once a year or so however in comparison with other service providers they are much better in terms collection timings. Additionally they have strict payment terms.

We’ve been using their services for the past 3 years and have had a great experience. While there are some delays, they’re pretty minimal compared to others I’ve tried. The manager has always been super helpful and available on call whenever needed, taking our feedback into account and making sure everything runs smoothly. We also found their rates to be much lower than the competitors, as we considered more than 4 service providers. Definitely recommend them if you're looking for good service at a better price in Dubai!

I called today to inquire for a regular trash collection for our company. The person who took the call asked so many questions and presented himself interested in providing the service. After five minutes of “Q and A”, he then proceeded to say that maybe he is just gonna call again because actually they will not be able to collect trash at the moment. What a complete waste of time talking to this person only to be refused in the end! He could have just told that right in the beginning! Why ask for details if you do not have the service??? This seems to be the problem with this certain nationality (you know which one I mean) in UAE, they lack the skills and professionalism yet they hold important positions in a company. Frauds!

The most worst company ever, only they are running for the contracts and after the contract they are not removing the waste on time and they are not answering the call. I not advice any one to work with them They not respect them promise and waste the time without any benefit
