Though there are many shops deals with yonex brand the knowledge and experience in terms of dealing with customers is outstanding in Bur Dubai Branch

I bought the racket based on reference from my friend on 22nd April 2022 and 4th May 2023, it boomed. String of racket broke. What was the response: There is no guarantee on the string and it comes from the company like this. My argument: If that is the case then all the racket's string should brake within 2 weeks. My friend is still using his racket flawlessly with default string that comes with racket. What is the purpose of getting these pricey racket from the store where there is no guarantee of the string and it gets brake before 2 weeks of usage. I don't think so. If it comes from company like this only, then raise the issue with the company like I raised the issue with you. Customer is interested for good product sustainable for which I am paying the high price. I gave them racket to keep the tension as 26 lbs and they made it 28 lbs. When asked why you did 28. I got response saying I said 28 whereas I said 26. The lady who is present in the store she totally ignores what customer is saying. She just keeps doing what she thinks. Very very 3rd class customer service. I will never visit this store again. Specially the lady, never deal with her in that store.

I had purchased an Astrox 77 pro from one of their suppliers. I had it strung from the store itself and was surprised to see the crack on the head of the bat without even playing with it. I tried to connect with these people, them being the main dealers for the brand. And what was conveyed to me was that “There won’t be any warranty for the item once we leave the store”. It doesn’t seem reasonable for a 1000+ AED worth racket made in Japan. The guy didn’t even reply to the messages or attend the calls once he knew that the racket was broken. I wouldn’t recommend them or the brand again, given the service these people are providing.
