I am writing to formally express my disappointment with the service I received today at your Silicon Souq Extra Mall branch. While I appreciate the efforts of some staff members, my experience was significantly marred by unprofessional conduct that requires urgent attention. A courteous lady at Counter 2 began assisting me with a cash transfer. She verified my ID (which, though expired, was legally activated) and explained her system was down. She then redirected me to Counter 4 for further assistance. The staff member at Counter 4 was informed of my situation in Arabic but abruptly left for the pantry without acknowledging me. After waiting several minutes, he returned while actively chewing food and dismissively asked, “Are you waiting for me? What do you want?” Despite being briefed earlier, he pretended unawareness of my case, forcing me to repeat details. Later, I returned and completed the transaction with Jarryd at Counter 1, who handled the matter efficiently. The staff at Counter 2 also apologized for the inconvenience. kindly counter number 4 perhaps should understand the power of business customer service and enhanced it. Thank you.

They were both incredibly welcoming, and Mr. Nicolas in particular stood out with his warm, friendly attitude and constant smile, which made the entire visit very pleasant. His positive energy was truly appreciated — and as a thoughtful gesture, he even offered me some chocolates! It’s rare to come across such genuinely kind and professional service.
