today 29 April 2025 morning I have experienced a very bad and poor behavior of the agent who's wearing blue and eye glass, he don't don't how to talk to the client and explain the rules, I have the documents for I am a visitor here, I have my e-visa and passport copy and he still didn't approach me well, and he said that he cater only with emirates ID, I was confused that branch is in World Trade Center and mostly people joining to the event is visitors so why he is telling that only with emirates ID can do transaction? he even sign his hand calling like Im a dog. With the respect with the Al Rostamani Group[ you should not hire people who is poor in hospitality
