This company has destroyed my peace of mind. They ignore my calls, my emails, my messages — all left on “seen” like I’m begging them for charity. I’m driving my car with TAPE holding it together because they’re too cheap to pay me the money I’m rightfully owed from my claim. Every single day I look at my car and it’s like they’re mocking me. I swear, I will never forgive them until the Day of Judgment. And the garage they sent me to? What a joke. It’s only open weekdays from 9 AM to 11 AM — the exact time I’m at work. They make you suffer, they make you waste time, and they don’t care one bit about the customer. To everyone reading this: if you value your sanity, stay away. This company has no respect, no heart, and no shame.

Very bad and disappointing insurance company, I would not recommend to anyone On Saturday, January 11, my car was involved in an accident. Since my insurance policy with Qatar Insurance is third-party, I was instructed to contact the other party’s insurer, Al Sagar National Insurance. On Monday, January 13, I reached out to Al Sagar National Insurance, and they instructed me to take my car to Domino Garage and they supposed to provide a recovery vechile to take my car but they didn’t, I had to take the car on my expense, once at Domino garage, the car was later assigned to Abdul Hafidh Al Jassmi Garage – Dubai, where it was delivered on Thursday, January 16. Since then, the garage has refused to provide any details about the damages or the repairs that will be carried out. When I followed up, Mr. Abbas Khan, the responsible person at the garage, assured me that the car would be ready by Saturday, February 1, or at the latest, by Monday, February 3. However, on Wednesday , February 5, I visited the garage and found that my car was still in the same condition, with no work done claiming Material is ordered but delayed I contacted Al Sagar National Insurance and requested to have my car moved to another garage. They assured me that their claims team would call me back, but I never received any follow-up. On Thursday, I received communication from the garage that they started working on the car however on Friday, February 7, received a call from the garage stating that the insurance company had stopped the repair work. When I contacted Al Sagar National Insurance, they said they had no information about this and provided no explanation. As of today, my car has been at the garage for over almost a month with no progress or communication from either the garage or the insurance company Attached is a photo of my Car after 3 weeks from when it reached the garage assigned by this insurance

Extremely disappointed with Al Sagr Insurance. I purchased my insurance through Dynamics Insurance Broker and requested cancellation over a month ago. After endless follow-ups with the broker, I contacted Al Sagr directly. They told me I should follow up with the broker, even though the cancellation was already confirmed. When I insisted, the Al Sagr call center said they would check with the finance team and call me back within two hours. No one called me back. I kept calling them many times, and every time they gave me a new excuse. Finally, they said they would open a complaint that would take three days. It’s been a long and frustrating experience with zero accountability from both the broker and Al Sagr. Very poor customer service, no clear process, and no respect for the customer’s time or money. I would not recommend dealing with them at all.
