If you value punctuality in gas delivery, I strongly advise against using this company. During the booking call, they promise a delivery time of 20–30 minutes. However, after every follow-up call, they keep extending the timeframe. In reality, the average delivery time ends up being between 1.5 to 2 hours. Extremely disappointing and unreliable service—definitely not recommended.

Absolute unprofessional guys. When you want to get your money back, they just drag you to their office. On the phone they never tell you want you should bring, but when you go, they ask proof of payment, ID etc. Attitude is terrible, never give you any answer. Wish we never have to deal with these kind of company ever again. 23rd June: My wife called so many times and we have it in our call log to get statement. Every time they said they will call back and no calls received, after pressing hard the person in the office mentioned to come and collect the payment. My wife specifically asked if we have to bring any paper and he said no. Are you going to deny we never made calls to get to know our statement or you never said any of this? and you never told us no need to bring any paper?. What is our problem with Al Shola gas?, we got no time to pick argument with you guys?. Even when we visited, you. were going to process refund and asked my ID to pay us back, where did this bill come from?. Did anyone inform that we have to pay?. If thats the case, why didn't you send the bill to our flat like you do monthly bills? Guys be honest and don't bring up something out of thin air.
