Al Tabeer Delivery Service

Dear Review Reader, Never ever go with company for any of your delivery services. Today (28/6/2025) one their delivery drivers make me run on the road nearly 1km. Not only he was rude he refuse to come to my office for my package. If the company owner are reading this, i am only waiting for Amazon to replay on my complaint after i am moving legally. the guy named Ali was rude and unprofessional. your Manager Adhil dont have anything to with my complaint. Seriously ?? guy these people are unprofessional dot send ur valuable delivery with them. Check other reviews u will understand. My Rating : 0.000000000000000000000000000/10

One of the delivery guy handling muweilah area is very bad behavior and he doesn't have time to deliver on my address. He was saying i should go to his place. He's threatened if not he will return my shipment. Then what's the benefit of that we are giving address when we purchasing. Very bad experience your delivery service. 😡😡😡

Hi dear Al tabeer management team yesterday 13/06/2025 I have Amazon delivery your delivery agent contact mr sheraz this what he mention name to me and he was very very very bad behaviour to me and actually he security allowed him to enter in my residence area but he park the vehicle in mall parking area and he calling me to come there and collect it and i have voice clip of he is audio how he is speaking very very bad experience from al tabeer team and from my i use to walk from my accommodation from 850 meters I go to collect the parcel from amazon delivery agent it’s very very very bad service and bad experience

Behaviour of delivery guys was very bad .worst service .. The worst delivery company in the world.. Incompetent employees.. No complaints department or person in charge to file a complaint..

i will not give any rate because for me the driver the delivery person is having poor behavior and in fact he is not accepting his fault. Just imagine delivering my items to a wrong address and blaming me for giving the wrong address which was already written ...his also telling me that 6pm delivery is closed and now its traffic too many excuses...not recommended to coordinate as well as the main office in Burjuman, Dubai....they will address you to your emirates currently where you are located....very poor customer service do not have good skills of communicating the customers complaint.
