I had bad experience with them. I came to them in good faith expecting professional business behaviour however I received appalling customer service. There was no value for my money, with continuous and repeated follow ups. I came back in February 2024 due to the dispute I had with a tenant, the Lawyer promised me that they would get me my villa back by May 2024, this was not true. The villa was vacated only by August 7, 2024, 3 months after their promised date. Each time a payment was required, they were extremely proactive and professional, bothering me continuously, following up with me for payment. Once payment was made they acted redundant towards me. However each time in return I would call to follow up on the status, I was always shut down with; we are busy with other cases. They were always non responsive to my calls, WhatsApp and email communications. Not once did I get a courtesy call back to give me an update on the status of my case. Each time I called I was given an excuse. They would give an appointment to meet in person, each time I arrived for the appointment there was a no show from their side, which was unbelievable since I have paid for their services and had wasted my time and money. No update was given regarding my case, they basically were a cashier clerk collecting service, the complete follow up was done by myself in order to resolve the case. I was transferred between 2 lawyers. First one was arrogant and very rude and second one was professional and polite, but did not give any update about the case. Extremely bad customer service and this does not reflect the way Dubai conducting their business from, reducing the image and experience in Dubai, which is contrary to the Emirates objectives and standards that are being maintained.

Please don't use this service if you need legal advisor, instead go directly to Al Adheed in Oud Metha. Lawyer Obeid who handled my case was acting very arrogantly from the beginning, he was always sarcastic, trying to show off and make you feel brainless. I consider such behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional for lawyer, which creates impression he doesn't deserve to be called one. He only informed me result about my case after 3 weeks after decision was done, which made other party appeal and win the case. When I asked him why he didn't inform me earlier so we could file execution in my favor he said he was busy and it's not his responsibility to report to me. Again as a result I lost the case. I raised complained about it to OnTime, however nobody ever got back to me. The only what I got is whatsapp no. of OnTime to follow up, though nobody assisted me there neither.

Mr. Hatem Altasweyaat skillfully negotiated a very fair settlement in a rent dispute case, demonstrating his expertise in resolving legal matters. He is also very approachable and this personal touch made the legal process more comfortable for me to discuss any concerns and questions.

yesterday visited for POA and it was a great experience . Mr. Ahmed Hassouna went out of the way helped me to get POA done . He is such an amazing person time is not limit for him he worked for me even after working hours .... impressed.
