They have an amazing services and under one roof multiple office including dubai municipality and immigration GDFRA. My child visa was delayed and I went to the Center and within 3 minutes they fixed the issues. They have atm machines and multiple typing Center inside the building for help.

Well maintained. Smart Kiosks are available. There are staff members helping customers to use those Kiosks. You find Dewa, Etisalat, RTA and many more solutions under one roof.

I swear One of the worst immigration system I never experienced before as their rudeness behavior and how they humiliate foreigners in amnesty they maked legal people's to illegal and illegal people to legals One of the best department of Dubai government is Dubai police but this is the worst department of Dubai immigration I hope Government can take action against the officers who are staying their or sitting in offices and they even don't know what is their roles how to cancel visa how to discuss with customers I hope any officer of Dubai immigration department will review my comment and will take action against them to improve the service thanks..
