If you don’t want to pay double, DON’T BUY FROM OUNASS. Because once you receive the damaged product - it’s yours and no one cares. When contacting the customer “care” team (who doesn’t care!) first they will tell you the investigation will take up to 48 hours (and by the way my order was with 2-hours delivery), then after 48 hours they will promise another 48 hours for the unknown solution. And at the end you only get… apologies… and that’s it. For the Ounass team (if reading) this review, my order number POU091379355 from September 13th - just to see how the customer’s complain was “managed”.

Very disappointed wouldn’t recommend So if I’m returning a product bought to reorder the same the very next day for smaller size for double the price, insane! Discounts run only one a day until orders pick up and they switch price.. gave my First and last order with Ounass ruined my gift for a special day !!

One of the worst experience I ever had by dealing with for Al Tayer motors . They run the safety campaigns but they don’t call the customers ,they just send bulk SMS only for name sake but doesn’t bother to call customers or notify them about the campaign and it’s importance. If luckily when the customer calls back then they don’t have spare parts in stock and they will tell you that they will call back but they will never call u back to inform about parts , and also they block the VIN number from renewal of vehicle registration. When u cal to discuss then they clearly blame RTA or government knowing that everyone’s life is busy and nobody will have the time to talk to understand. I have never expected that Al Tayer motors will have such low standards. And when you talk to Al Tayer reception manager then he will advise you to go to public prosecution for legal course of action. I will never recommend anyone

I was temping for this company. I had worst experience in this company. I Worked in pr and fashion division. Lady who was my senior was very rude and was scared that I might wld have outshined her as I was not buttering her up and was good in my work
