I waited a few months before writing this review just to make sure everything was consistent—and I’m happy to say that my bills for the last three months have been exactly as promised. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. Everything has been transparent and smooth. I’ve seen a few negative comments calling it a scam, but I strongly believe those are from people who might not have fully understood their plan or exceeded their usage. SCAM Alert!!!!!!!!!! please be patient and do read the whole review to understand the SCAM, which these guys are doing with people. I bought the postpaid SIM card plan in June 2022 from LuLu Hypermarket - Al Qusais. the plan was : 300 Power plan where this guy mentioned you have to pay 220 only every month (12 month contract) however, after activating SIM first bill got generated and he said you have to pay first bill (as its generated on pro-data basis) and then 2nd months onwards you will get a discount, when my 2nd bill got generated I didn't see any discount. I called the guy and he said I am out of country I will do your discount once I will be back. after 4 months of continuous fight he activated the discount. But, the real trap is here now this discount is activated for next 12 months i.e. until Oct 2023 howaever, my contract will get finish on 16 June 2023 but if I want to avail that discount I need to do new 12 month contract. Incase, you are planning to buy a SIM please ask them to send an email for the said offer so that you can complaint against them incase they fail to give discount or service. "These people are fake, they are just making us fool be aware!" now if you raised a complaint in Du office, they will ask you for proof of discount and they cant do anything until and unless you have proof of discount as this kiosk is not directly from Du.
