Current resident in BA-03 building. Facing some issues with water leak as it is not a big deal in Dubai and gate remote control issue. Facilities Management team responded super fast. Ms.Madhuka helped me through with my issues kindly. It was happy experience dealing with management teeam. Thank them for all their supports.

Currently residing in Warsan Village. Maduka, and the team has been very responsive to all my maintenance queries and has been providing updates in a swift manner. This has been very helpful for me with my busy work schedule.

Living in Al Waleed Gardens 2 . The facilities management team , especially Maduka , have been amazing. Even when the contractors were still responsible an ac team was dispatched from another building on a weekend evening to fix a leaking ac . The building has its teething issues but the facilities team are amazing.
