This has been one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with any company. I filed my claim over two months ago, and not only did they initially promise to process the full payment within 10 days, after declaring the car as a total loss but even after signing the final contract, it’s now been 11 more days and still, no payment. It took them a month and a half just to discover that my car had chassis damage something that should have been identified right away during the inspection. Because of their delays, lack of communication, and complete negligence, I’ve missed four flights trying to sort this mess out. I rearranged my plans repeatedly based on their false timelines. Worse yet, I’ve sent multiple emails, and not a single one has been answered. The silence is just as frustrating as the delay itself. If you’re considering this company, be warned they are completely unreliable and unresponsive. I would never recommend them to anyone. At the end they replied to this review with a very interesting answer, asking about the claim number which clearly shows that they did not even bother to take a look and open the photos I’ve uploaded which shows clearly the claim number 4736/25 #80/9012/90/2025/40
I’m currently in my third week dealing with Al Wathba Insurance after an accident, and the experience has been extremely disappointing. Despite the police report clearly stating I was not at fault, they initially submitted the claim as if I were responsible. There have also been several discrepancies in the information provided to me, including changes in wording and explanations every time I follow up. To make matters worse, I discovered today that they haven't even sent the request to the other insurance company for approval, which means I’ll have to wait even longer. And of course, they don’t cover any rental costs until the car actually enters the agency for repair, no matter how long the delay is from their side. Based on this experience, I find them unreliable and unprofessional, and I’ll definitely be switching to a different insurance provider.
WORST INSURANCE IN THE WHOLE WORLD NOT ONLY IN U.A.E. (Avoid them at any cost). I did an accident one month ago under the claim number (#40/9018/90/2025/2838) and still till now no one touched my car for any repair. Its hectic am following up with them everyday from call center to office to sales. No one respond to emails, they just give you fals promises over the phone and center. They changed now two garage and still they are not agreeing on the amount with the garage. Because of 2000AED my car is kept hood opened in sun and sand and still until today they did nothing for the repair. Each time I call the call center they tell me we will talk to the garage then the next day nothing happen they just lie infront of your face. I rented a car on my own expenses now for one month and still my car no one touched it, they will make you suffer give you headache and you should drop all your work to follow up with them as they will not do anything for you. As if your begging them to do the job for you. I have put a charge on them at (sanadak), use this as I know all customers are facing the same issue last time when I was at the office 4 customers where having the same issues (false promises, delays, careless staff). I will do my best to spread the word on how bad Al Wathba insurance is. NO WAY I WILL RENEW MY INSURANCE WITH AL WATHBA, ONCE YOU NEED THEM THEY WILL LET YOU SUFFER. (Anyone facing the same, you can put a complaint on Sanadak maybe they will close this low quality insurance company so no one will suffer like this.)
Horrible service, policy not transparent, they are slow to process the claim and release approval. They made me go 3 times to the service center to make car inspection. They are not approving the final approval so my car is stuck at the service center and they will not cover the full amount for the car rental although I have full insurance. Stay away from them! I will cancel my policy as soon as it will expire
